The DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Biltmore hosted its monthly Chef’s Showcase, but added a little Holiday flair to the menu. Never too early to start planning for the holiday season, Chef Dan Moore created a sampling of items from the hotel’s Holiday catering menu for the attendees to enjoy.
Guests tasted a variety of appetizers, reception platter features and desserts that will be available during the Holiday season, including roasted butternut squash soup, ginger-honey glazed pork loin with apricot mustard, salmon potato cakes with citrus aioli, baked brie en croute with caramelized fruit and Maryland crab cakes with classic remoulade sauce. Guests were also treated to warm apple cider, a variety of holiday cupcakes and a Holiday Yule log white cake. As you can tell, the catering options at the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Biltmore are unlimited and flexible and we specialize in creating a menu to fit your taste buds.
